Here is one that I really love, super easy, healthy and will get heaps of greens into you. There isn't a lot of fruit in the below smoothie which makes it a great option if you are limiting your sugar intake. Kiwi fruit is great for your complexion, it is also full of Vitamin C. Ginger is anti- inflammatory and what do you know... it helps stop flatulence.
1 handful of spinach (organic is reccomended)
1 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup water
Dice size of ginger
2 x celery sticks
squeeze of lime
2 whole kiwi fruit (I love the New Zealand ones...the best!)
and then...you just put it all in a blender and boom!
