Training with Killer Jules

Private sessions run for 50 minutes and are taloried specifically to what you would like to achieve.  Each session will contain exercisers to help you achieve your goals and also will suit any conditions physically and mentally; eg. we can do another exercise with the same amount of benefit that you will enjoy.  

We can do measurements, look at posturel issues, set goals, before and after shots.

The session will never be boring or repeatative and you will see weekly improvements.

Private sessions include 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and if you would like to organise 4+ group private sessions this can be arranged as well.

About  Killer Jules

My name is Julia AKA Killer Jules.  I am a personal trainer, that takes personal 1:1 sessions and group HIIT workouts, that include strength, cardio and resistance training.  Although I work with my clients on their body, we also talk about wellbeing and lifestyle as a whole picture. Each session is fun, social and a killer workout.  My background is working in Advertising, although I have been personal and group training for nearly 5 years.  At the moment I am a mobile PT.  I also run boxing and HIIT sessions from the fabulous Happy Melon in Armadale.
